These terms govern use of the Genveb platform by institutions and their members.
The service
Genveb provides an Education Operating System — communication, website and operations capabilities — to institutions. Some capabilities are free; others are optional and provided under a separate commercial agreement.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the platform lawfully, to keep account access secure, and not to misuse the service or attempt to access data belonging to other institutions.
Data ownership
Your institution owns its data. Genveb processes it as your data processor. See the Data Ownership Policy for detail.
Availability
We work to keep the service available and secure, and to improve it continuously. The service is provided on an as-is basis to the extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected here with an updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
