To provide the service, Genveb processes the institutional data your institution enters or generates — for example student and guardian records, staff records, messages, and operational data such as attendance, fees and academics.
Why we process it
We process this data solely to provide, maintain, secure and improve the service for your institution, and to communicate with you about the service.
Roles
Your institution is the data controller for its institutional data. Genveb acts as the data processor, handling data under the institution's instructions and these policies.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with infrastructure and service providers necessary to run the platform, under appropriate obligations, or where required by law.
Your controls
Institutions can request access to, export of, or deletion of their institutional data, subject to the Terms of Service and applicable law. Individual members can raise requests to their institution, which administers access.
