Processing on Genveb is consent-based, and permissions are requested only when they are needed.
Consent-based processing
Institutional data is processed on the basis of the institution's instructions and the consent captured through your institution's own onboarding and communication with families.
Permissions, only when required
The Genveb apps request device permissions (such as notifications, camera or files) only at the point they are needed for a feature you are using — never bundled up front during onboarding.
Notifications
Notifications keep families informed of announcements and messages. You can turn them on or off from your device settings at any time.
AI and consent
No personal data is used to train AI models without explicit consent. Intelligence features operate on your institution's own data to surface insight for your institution alone.
